This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from Padcomp.

Once your request is verified, we delete or anonymize your personal data in line with applicable legal requirements.

How to request deletion

• Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Padcomp account to support@padcomp.com.

• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

• Include your full name and account email in the message body so we can verify account ownership.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile information

• Authentication identifiers linked to your account

• Saved preferences and user-specific settings

We may retain limited records when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations.

Processing timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is needed, processing may take longer, and we will notify you by email.
